About Our St. George Clinic

At Primestin Care, we provide personalized, high-quality healthcare right here in our local clinic in St George, UT. Our team of local providers is dedicated to giving you more time, attention, and the care you need. Meet Our St George Providers

Dr. Jeff Lee

Dr. Lee is a family medicine specialist with over 30 years of experience in medical care, from rural private practice to consultations in the board rooms of healthcare organizations across the country. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed residency in Family Medicine at the University of Utah.


He currently practices in St. George UT, is the Chief Medical Officer for Utah Provider Group, and volunteers as a medical consultant, Board member and Treasurer for Zion HealthShare.

Rachelle Sullivan, FNP

Rachelle was born in Cedar City, Utah and has spent most of her life in the St. George area. She received her Nurse Practitioner training and Master's Degree of Nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. She is Board-Certified in her field. She holds a Bachelor's Degree of Nursing that she earned from Southern Utah University and a Business Degree from Dixie State University. She has experience in management of acute and chronic medical conditions, which comes from her experience of working as a primary care provider both in clinic and mobile as well as urgent care and advanced wound care. She also worked for 6 years as a  nurse in the ER and medical/surgical departments prior to obtaining her FNP.
